About this print, the artist writes: This Scrub Jay family appropriated the door wreath of a local artist friend for its nest and I couldn’t resist making a print! They are very cheeky, these Jays, but are very hard workers in the oak woodlands of California. They have an “assertive” personality and their loud squawking can be heard year-round at the studio, where they are frequent guests at the feeder!
